It was just a well-suited match for a weekend escape in Auburn with great value-to-price ratio. The epicurean delight of the full breakfast prepared by the chef was the highlight of my stay. Make sure to try the omelets. They are very nice.

A warm welcome and comfy stay
Had such a cozy experience! The mansion's decor is super charming, and we felt really at home thanks to Alfred. He made breakfast that was not only tasty but filling too. Only thing was the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty in our room, but honestly, it didn't ruin the vibe.

The room was super cozy with a private bathroom, shower, and heated floors. Enjoyed the nice linens and fresh towels every day. Alfred whipped up an amazing gourmet breakfast with fresh fruit and blueberry scones. The fireplace in the lounge added a nice vibe. Perfect spot for exploring downtown!

Charming hotel in a nice enough area just off the various restaurants, the many cafes, shops and galleries in the area, and shops and restaurants. Wonderful and personable staff with a smile. Comfy room and good bathroom with a shower and bath sheets. A wide range of food at the absolutely excellent and super breakfast😃

The cozy atmosphere and charming antiques. We also explored the nearby lakes for fishing and went biking at the Olympic Bike Shop. Alfred's homemade breakfast was a highlight, and he treated us like family. Just know that if you're after modern amenities, this place might not be for you. We'll be back for sure!
The only downside was the lack of modern amenities, which might put off some guests.
